Star Rating Function

We have implemented a star rating recently on a site and it looks good. My QA person (who has a very good eye) came with a concern he has with the functionality. The issue is that if he selects 5 stars but at a second thought if he needs to change it to 4 stars before submitting/saving this is not possible. I agreed with his concern and got a script in the next minute searching in .

Here is a wonderful script that can be changed again and again (any no of time) before you submit. It works just like how it works in

It is possible to implement it without much time !

What we have implemented is the standard found in most of the blogs.

Please note that if the requirement is not clear developers will go for the default one / or the one he/she likes it. So it's always better to document it properly about each and everything so that the site comes up as we've expected !
