This quote of his made me think: If you aren't ashamed of what you wrote 6 months ago, you aren't progressing as much as you should.

Not sure if every one of you would agree with this quote but remember this is by a programmer who has 16 years of experience. Also he says that other developers whom he respect shares the same sentiments.
