It is nice to see that we will be able to download the links which Google discovered recently through Webmaster tool. The latest links download option will download your links that Google Webmaster Tools discovered but do so sorted by date.

This is fantastic! I wasn't able to access this feature, but it will be great when it becomes fully available. Thanks for sharing this, Ibrahim!

This is great. Is it able to download into a CSV so that it can be placed into a Google doc and report on it regularly?

Google Webmaster has recently introduced "indexd status tool" Links... The Index Status page provides stats about how many of your URLs Google was able to crawl and/or index.
