Google+ pages in Google local listing reviews

Google has Changed its review system on Google maps by changing the business listing with Google+ Pages for every business. It also ranks businesses based on scores offered by the reviewer and publishes review on the g+ profile of reviewer which helps to build online reputation via customers of any business.
