Yeah it's a great plugin - all this stuff can be important for SEO too. I frequently use disable JS, CSS and Images features to view pages as if I'm a search engine.

Ben,I feel we can make use of 8th point as well for fixing broken links from programmers & designers perspective. As mentioned in the article if we are experiencing a slow page speed for a particular page & if we are having a lot of URLs listed in the mentioned page as a part of page load/page speed optimization the developers can scrutinize each destination URLs for checking Javascript links & mail to function links etc.

As a side note even we can make use of further stage by copying all the URLs to Xenu & can help for fixing the broken links.
