So Mahesh this means than once we logged in to youtube account we can track almost all analytics / information like how many people have watched our videos, their location, men or woman, how much time they've spent, which part of video they've watched more, referer to your video, ratings, comments etc...and almost everything you want

!
I think it's worth writing a blog about it. Thanks for the great info Mahesh !

Good I got this post.
A friend said that youtube no longer allows posters to submit links in their profile. Has anyone checked it out? I have been away from youtube for a loooong time and am curious if this is true. This is a bummer for SEO people like us...
Also, there are ways to download you tube videos and edit parts and resubmit. Has anyone heard of this? If so do you know how to do this?
I have been looking for such information for quite some time now.
I had access to a website in which you could post the youtube URL for any video and then this website woul let you add a hyperlink on the video, with your keywords and website address.
I used that once and it was supercool. I wish I could find that site again. If anyone has come across this, please add a comment below.

You heard it right Latha, YouTube no longer let viewers post links as comments as they sadly started to recognize URL's as Spam. But I don't think this has in any way limited our options for optimizing YouTube Videos.

Fortunately we can download and Edit YouTube videos , you can download a video using then use WMM (Windows Movie Maker) to edit it, But if you want to edit the video Online try , but using this you can only edit the videos which is published by you. I guess the Best part using editor is that we can edit the videos that we uploaded without losing their views.

Great!
Youtubedownload - have you used it?
If so, how can it be implemented in our SEO process.
We can watermark you tube videos with wmm?

I have been Using YouTube downloader for quite some time now (Downloaded some cool MattCutts videos using it )

But I don't think YouTube Downloader needs to be implemented in the SEO process (as we use original/copyrighted videos for SEO and SMM that's being given to us by our clients ). However It can be used as a handy tool for collecting information and to edit the videos if needed.
And Yes WMM can be used to Cut, Merge, Edit, Crop & Watermark the Videos as well ..

Yes,
There are a few black hat SEO people who get the videos, watermark them and then reupload into youtube.
From one angle it might not be black hat, as they are diverting the customers to their site. I noticed this for products such as "LCD Tvs", "Waring Waffle Makers".
This is a good technique if you have a niche site. Anyways, it's great to know how to do this.
Thanks!!!

Good news for everyone out there who’s ever thought to themselves: “A 10-minute video of my cat eating ribs on the kitchen floor is just too short.” Now for all users.
