Digg.com has now halted new user registration while it finishes the roll-out of its new site.
The new Digg will allow you to customize the way you see news feeds with a 'web 2.0' feel.

Once you have completed your following, the whole UI for Digg has been revamped. Although I personally think it looks very similar to Facebook, it is definitely moving in the right direction.
