In addition, there are two specialty for this solution.
1. Facebook has their own WP plugin to publish latest post to Fan Page, but it won't work on old version (below WordPress 3).
2. Some other solutions have many steps for publishing each blog and others have to publish manually by clicking 'share' each time.
Most of all we were searching for a good easy solution for a longtime :)
